Who We Are

ラキヤタ ラーメンハウス

MORE THAN
JUST A BOWL

TWO WORDS.
ONE SPIRIT.

Every great restaurant starts with a name that means something. Ours carries two feelings we want every guest to walk away with — fortune and joy. That's what Raki-Yata is built on.

01 ラッキー

RAKKII

From the Japanese word for "Lucky"

Every visit to Raki-Yata is a fortunate one. The word Rakkii — rooted in the Japanese pronunciation of "lucky" — captures the feeling of good fortune we want in every bowl. When you sit down with us, you've already won.

02 やった!

YATTA!

Japanese exclamation for "We did it!"

Yatta is the pure, unmistakable burst of joy that comes after achievement — arms raised, chin up, victorious. That's the exact feeling we want you to have with every slurp of our signature ramen.

WATCH OUR
STORY UNFOLD

Before the broth. Before the name. Before the first bowl was ever served — there was a vision. Watch the film that tells the story of Raki-Yata, from the craving that started it all to the ramen house it became.

Every bowl carries this story. Now you can see where it began.

THE ORIGIN OF
EVERY FLAVOR

We don't settle for local approximations. Our key ingredients are sourced directly from the same regions of Japan where they've been perfected for generations — because authenticity isn't a marketing line, it's the recipe.

Sapporo, Hokkaido
KELP

We source this special ingredient from Hokkaido to make sure that the quality of our broth stays rich and flavorful.

昆布
Shodo Island
SHOYU

We fly-in authentic Japanese shoyu straight from the "Island of Beans." Only soy sauce that underwent the traditional 2-year Japanese brewing method.

醤油
Osaka
DASHI

Our dashi is made from all-natural and authentic Japanese ingredients — derived from a variety of dried fish which enriches the umami taste of our broth.

出汁
Kagawa
NOODLES

Raki-Yata makes its own noodles right inside the store — fresh daily. We adapted the traditional Japanese noodle-making process using ingredients straight from Japan.

SEE IT
IN ACTION

Every detail matters — from the moment the broth starts simmering to the second the bowl reaches your table. These are the moments behind every Raki-Yata experience.
